We retained Mr. Winters for several different problems from boundry issues to a stipulation that needed to be stopped for my husband. In every instance he never answered his telephone or returned calls, he took the stip. case and drug it out 5 years, costing us a $5000.00 overage in payment to my boyfriend's ex-wife that should have been stopped immediately. He is rude, and as well he doesn't seem to care about his clients. I have heard this from several others as well. I hired him because I worked for him as a paralegal intern (I had no other choice for my public law internship) and after promising a job for me (I am permanently disabled) to the Dept of Rehabilitation and myself, he refused to hire me at the last minute after I worked there 2 years and instead hired a secretary because his wife wanted him to have one, and was jealous of me. I spent two years in severe depression because of him, and I wouldn't hire him to sue an artichoke.
