HORRIBLE! This women shows huge bias and doesn’t do the leg work to encourage coparenting. Apparently she’s in it for the money not the children. As a GAL she will not check in with providers or encourage coparenting.

Jennifer Davis is a joke..she was my children's GAL and she did absolutely nothing to help them, infact she has brought more issues than we started with. She was not in in to help the kids. She never visited the children at school, never went to their daycare, never spoke to one person on the recommended call list. She put her own personal biases ahead of the needs of the children. She should be ashamed of herself and her practice. Also look into her reprimands through the board for this year alone. Shame on you Jennifer!

Maybe meditation is her cup of tea...but if you’re in a battle with your ex/soon to be ex, avoid this “firm” like the plague. She will take you money and her mouth writes checks that her skills/actions can’t cash. My needs and concerns were not met and it seemed like she was playing for the other team. She was paid a good sum of money and at this stage it seems she’s just padding her pockets for her upcoming retirement. Do not waste your time or money here...

Jennifer Davis took my money and did nothing for almost 3 yrs. The few times she would finally respond to communication, she just kept saying she was waiting on a court date. I finally went to the court to find out what was going on, I was told there was no activity on the case. Nothing happened with the case until I submitted a motion on my own. Then all of a sudden she took over. Every time I met with her it was like meeting for the first time, she asked the same questions and reacted the same way. She showed empathy, but it never evolved into understanding of my individual case. She continued to not be reachable. She also would say she was going to submit filings to court for my case and she did not. In the end, it's very evident after appearing in court with her & in the final ruling that she didn't have my back in this case. I should've known better after the long wait, but my question is WHY? Why do some clients sing her praises, but others like me feel betrayed? What's her game?

Jennifer did a great job as my GAL. She was highly recommend and I can see why. She takes the time to visit and listen. She was through in her investigation of my case. I appreciate he work on my case.

I use Jennifer for everything I need that Islam related. She is honest, aggressive when she needs to be and knows the law. I would trust her with everything. I have had no problem reaching her and getting responses from her. I highly recommend her to anyone who has a family dispute, criminal matter, or needs general legal assistance. She is highly regarded by the courts.

Jennifer Davis is BAD NEWS, she is not interested in helping her clients. She delays & delays. I have come to not trust her or what she tells me. She is often unreachable, with a long list of "plausible reasons" why she cannot respond or give you an update. I'm surprised I haven't heard "the dog ate my homework" one as yet. I strongly advise you to avoid dealing with this woman, you will only come to regret it.

Jennifer Davis took our money over a year ago and has done absolutely nothing for our custody case. She said she submitted documents to the district court, but the court has no record of activity on this case since the last court date. It is very difficult to reach her and when she is contacted all she does is lead you on again. We have lost all trust and confidence in her ability to represent us in the family matter.

Ms Davis has been my attorney for five years. During this time she has handled a variety of problems some simple, others quite complex. She handles all her work thoughtfully and thoroughly. I greatly appreciate her intelligence and her excellent critical thinking skills. She will answer you questions honestly regardless of the answer.I highly recommend anyone considering her as your attorney.

Worst GAL. She is not a guardian at heart. She is strictly attorney. If her name is mentioned, run! Seek another GAL quick,! The attorney will tell you she is highly valued and she's the best. As an attorney yes, GAL no! Don't believe me, hire her and find out the hard way.

I could not recommend Jennifer, not 1 item of my case went as Jennifer said. There were times, I could not reach her, once for more than 2 weeks, during a very important time of my case. During the court appearance, I felt I had no representation other than myself, I had expected Jennifer to speak up for me, but this certainly did not happen.

Jennifer Davis was the GAL in my daughter's case with her ex husband. I felt she listened to everyone involved and had the childrens best interest at heart. Her preception of the people involved was excellant. She communicated well, was warm, friendly and personable. I think it was a win win for all involved.

This woman should be ashamed of herself! Her actions are nothing more than a disgusting disgrace to GAL work! She gave my ex husband more visitation even though he was living from hotel to hotel and eventually settle in some Ladys basement where is drug addiction grew during this hole time Jennifer David guaranteed me that my son was safe. During this time my son was then exposed to countless police contact and searches of their living area he witnessed drug abuse from his father and was also involved with witnessing his father pawn thousands of dollars in jewlery from the woman who's basement he occupied. So not only do I have a 12 year old boy who had to be involved in this because of Jennifer Davis recommending more visitation now I am fighting the Topsham pluce department not to involve my son or his statement because of what he witnessed his dad pawning! I asked for countless drug test, pop by visits ect NON OF WHICH WAS DONE! she should never have been aloud to be a gal!

Jennifer Davis has been my attorney for over a year and has proven herself several times over. She stays on top on her schedule, is clear about what she knows and when she needs to research items. Communicates well with other lawyers and Judges. She isn't intimidated by fellow lawyers or forceful opposing clients. I have found her to have a great legal sense, she is honest and forthright. I highly recommend her.

Jennifer Davis is only concerned about getting paid and listening to whoever will stroke her ego. She was appointed GAL in my contested custody case and completely ignored the history of domestic abuse and ongoing control issues and sided with the abusive parent. She refused to conduct a thorough investigation and misrepresented statements from involved professionals to support her own bias. Her behavior as someone who's role is to represent and protect innocent children is appalling and shameful. She should be reomoved from the GAL roster.

As a GAL, she is for the woman. She made up her mind on my case before she had even talked to my witnesses which my lawyer had to force her to listen to them. Heaven forbit if you ever mention that you spanked your child for misbehaving. This apparently is the unpartable sin in the state of Maine.
