Sheri Nott and the Nott Law Firm are highly recommended. My wife and I sold three houses this past year and this firm did such a great job and made the whole process very easy for us. Sheri and her staff were always availa me for our issues. Sheri traveled to one Buyer's house because the Buyer was disabled. They did all of the title work and necessary legal work. Excellent firm!

I retained Nott Law Group to handle several of my closings and short sales. This law firm effectively handled all of my transactions. All deficiencies for short sales were forgiven. This firm was most professional and Sheri Nott did an excellent job. I highly rate her and her firm for any real estate legal needs.

Sheri Nott and her firm provided me with excellent service. I sold many properties in Palm Beach County and she handles all of them. Some of my sales were short sales - she negotiated each one of them and even was able to get us payment from the bank. She and her staff are very professional, helpful, insightful and easy to reach. I highly recommend this firm.

Sheri Nott is my favorite attorney in the world! She is such a smart person and very nice. She closed my house last week and everything went so well. I highly recommend her!!

I have worked with Nott Law group on many occasions in the areas of closings, loan modifications, short sales and will preparation. Ms. Nott has always provided excellent outcomes, efficiently, timely, and at affordable rates. Ms. Nott will be the first person I call for my legal needs in the future. I highly recommend her firm.

Terrible communication - no skills at this whatsoever. Never returns phone calls nor provides any multiple-times requested copies of correspondence/motions or updates Re: my family-member's foreclosure case status (to which I am entitled, as I'm POA for my family-member). Non-working email addresses listed on website. Doesn't communicate w/ the Plaintiff's atty/firm, either (I have written proof of this). Office staff (when you don't get voicemail - which is typically the case) full of stories & promises, but does not follow through or have the courtesy to even return phone calls when messages are left. My family member is going to lose her home and this atty nor any staff member in the office doesn't seem to care at all. I located this Atty's home address and phone number - so maybe paying a visit to her $455K 3,500+ sq. ft. home might get things moving. This "firm" gets one more chance to RSVP or a complaint report may be filed with the Florida Bar for negligence and non-performance.

I handed my short sale and foreclosure to Sheri Nott in late 2010. Her fee was much lower than some other attorneys I got quotes from; in fact it was more than reasonable for the work she has performed. Sheri managed to defeat a summary judgement in Palm Beach County for me -- something that is almost unheard of -- in late 2010, buying me time to set up a short sale for my house. She managed to close my short sale with no deficiency judgement against me from a bank with a notoriously bad reputation for difficult short sales. Sheri is courteous and a pleasure to speak with, and extremely knowledgeable about the foreclosure process. Although I am now at the closing of my short sale, which is a time full of a bit of uncertainty (its not over until its over should be the motto of short sales) I feel that she has delivered more than enough service and value. I cannot give a higher recommendation.

Missing in action. Didn't do 1 thing after taking out $500.00 refainer. Never consulted us once. Went on maturnity leave & office staff was worthless. Never returned my calls or emails but send a billfor another $500.00.
