The other rating cannot possibly apply to this lawyer! Now a solo practitioner he recently settled my case.I was impressed by his professionalism, responsiveness and genuine concern for my physical & financial well being. In short: Reliable, accessible, personable, knowledgeable and accountable.

I can't agree more with the statement that this man (term used loosely) & the firm is "shady". Him & the firm he works for completely mishandled & irreparably damaged a case that even a court clerk could have won with just evidence! They have refused to hand over files and documents relating to my case for 6+ months now. After being terminated, they still continued to contact the defendants for "paperwork", which one "adjuster" at the company said was for settlement, and another said it was for "doctors notes". Regardless what it was for, they went behind my back without my knowledge or authorization trying to secure whatever they were after, again, AFTER they were FIRED!!! Thankfully, I made calls to all parties involved and informed them that I was no longer represented by these morons, and directed them all to disregard anything from this firm or Mr. Latrace that was related in any way to my case, and to make sure no paperwork, information, etc, was given to them. "Shady" indeed.
