I used Bill King twice for 2 cases. The first one went fairly well. However, the second one did not go well at all. He seemed different and it was 7 years later. During the second case, he wanted me to use him for a bankruptcy case (possible 3rd case). Wow, I am glad that I did not. In the second case, I released him as my attorney because he was not filing motions, not getting documents to me quickly from the other sides attorney. Plus, he was failing to respond to my emails and was not returning phone calls. When, they were returned it was a week later sometimes. That is not timely. Also, he seemed tense and unprepared in hearings. In the end, he asked me for $1,500 more to continue on with my case. I said, no. Plus, the case had been delayed for a year and a half. I was losing patience. So, I released him and eventually won the case myself (without another atty)! It was very stressful and emotional. The case took far too long to resolve.

Bill King started my trust/will/LLC in 2008. I had to hire another lawyer 3 yrs later to get a copy 04/01/2011. I then filed bankruptcy 10/2011 and have never heard from him again. I had to find out my bankruptcy was released on my own, as he would not reply to email or phone calls! AGAIN!!! NEVER USE THIS LAWYER!
