	12/15/09	4	2	2	3	2	I hired Mr. Hackett to represent me for a case in which I was a pedestrian ran over by vehicle. He was often short and adversarial with me over the phone and did not, in my opinion, work hard to represent me to the best of his ability. I believe he is very knowledgeable and may be good for another client who is able to keep on top of his performance; however, in my case and situation, he was not the right attorney for me.
