He is extremely aggressive and creative, and he immediately returns phone calls and emails. In fact, his peers have voted Mr. Reiser to the Super Lawyer list numerous times. This lawyer is all about money. Your money. You can have a serious legal issue, but it doesn't really concern him to much. But what concerns him is, how much he can rack up in time, lawyer time. He's good at researching similar cases and explaining what could happen, but that's about it. /In front of the judge he cracks alot and gets disheveled when questioned by the judge. Speaking of disheveled. Just take a look at his desk! That alone should deter any prospective client. If you visit his office and see the complete mess of paper work and unfiled documents laying everywhere and would still consider his services, you yourself have issues. There are many attorneys out there. Do your homework before you cut that check. No refunds from this guy.
