I met with Brigitte and clarity and professionalism were above par and my expectations. I had a serious tax issue and with her assistance she helped me along each step of the way. I would have no issues recommending her.

I too normally do not write to these posts and when searching for a friend I came across this web site. When you repeat yourself without argument you come across uneducated and small. I had to deal with Mrs. Dioguardi in Ottawa and they were not only professional but were in constant touch not only with me but the CRA. Obviously some will not work well with anybody as indicated by the $10,000 fellow (how did that happen with that spelling/grammar?) but for most I would recommend them with tax issues.

took us for 10000.00 never did a thing. screwed up our only appeal with rev. canada.

I usually don't bother with posts, but it seems like everyone on this site has a beef with the people they went to for help. Maybe the problem isn't the lawyer. Maybe it's that people who go to lawyers blame everybody else for their mistakes. Anyway, these tax people got me out a mess my accountant couldn't handle. So thank you. And don't believe everything you read on an anonymous web post.

Ms DioGuardi spent a lot of time at the first meeting explaining exactly what I could expect from the tax people when I filed 5 years of back taxes. After that I was helped by very polite people in the Ottawa head office. I was so worried I couldn't sleep until I saw this lawyer. Thank you for helping me and making the problem go away.

I was somewhat puzzled to come across these reviews. I dealt with Ms. DioGuardi when her firm took care of some tax matters. She was very professional and direct when discussing my issues. Always returned my calls. I believe their firm is based either in Ottawa or Toronto and the office in Vancouver must be a satellite office. Yes, they were a tad expensive but the positive outcome of my CRA file made it much more valuable. I hope I do not require their services from hereon in but if my taxes get bent out of shape I will be giving her a call. Best Regards.
