After having to get my dad into a nursing home due to dementia, on top of the emotional drain I was now overwhelmed with financial and legal concerns beyond anything I ever imagined. Not only has Mr Fortunato guided me through, and continues to guide me through this nightmare, his concerns for my emotional stress, which in the end this is all about, contradicts the sterotype.

Only know real estate. In other areas pretends like he knows but is willing to take your money and allow the court to do what it wants with you. Had extremely bad outcome with this guy and only afterwards did I find out from several other attorneys that he did the wrong things and I could have had charges (civil) dropped. Cant be trusted. Arrogant, combative.
