Chose not to answer questions, requests to write documents, appeals, and gives false advice. Takes over a month to get to speak to no matter how many times you call or email. What should have been done within 10 days took almost 10 months. Asked me to sign documents that were not true. A BIG nightmare and her boss is just as BAD.
