my house was damaged in a storm. There was no need for their assistance to lower value. I did not continue to sign forms required for their assistance...they sent me a bill..after the appraisal district had ALREADY lowered my taxes...on the pretense that they had worked in my favor...they had not..I wonder how many people have paid them simply because they were sent a bill..without services provided.
