This is a person who charges far more than they need to do the job. He is happy to let your bills to him climb even when it benefits the opposing legal party. He is slow, careless in his work and responses. His secretary is very good. Hire a younger more ethical and personable lawyer with some heart left in them. This man will bleed his own clients dry before he lets you go.

All about the money. Couldn't care less that his client is literally DYING while awaiting ANY progress 18 months after hiring him to fight on her behalf. Made lots of big promises that he hasn't kept. Absolutely shameful!!

Had the pleasure of fighting against this lawyer, very unethical and will do anything, even unethical for a client. He doesn't communicate and really has no ability to negotiate fairly. Very sneaking and will always send documents at closing time on a Friday. No interest in ethical practices.

Vogel is amazing. I've gotten the best out of everything. You really get what you pay for in his case :) He is very very busy but his assistant is great and will help me with questions :)

Arrogant and expensive. Is judgemental and assumes your guilty until proven innocent. Refuses to take the time to discuss any discrepancies unless of course he can charge for it. Will throw you under the rug for a few bucks. Gets his assistants to do all the work while he goes golfing. After seeing the quality of some simple documents I had him prepare I would be scared to hire him for a divorce. Especially at $300.00 an hour plus 6% for bogus expenses of course.

Very knowledgeable but also very expensive. He takes a fair and pragmatic approach to things. Very calm, to the point, doesn't get dragged into useless debates by his counter part. He doesn't communicate or explain things much. But it'll cost you a lot more if he did.

James is a honest, upfront lawyer. He truly cares about his clients and doesn't hide the truth. Easy to work with and his office staff is friendly and accomodating.

Top notch. Kept us focused and well prepared for trial. Knows family law better than the judges at times. Efficient. One of the best in town without a doubt.
