Unorganized, very unprofessional, extremely difficult to get in touch with. Office personnel inaccurate in answering questions. Mr. Wines has a dishelved appearance, wrinkled clothing, obese uncombed hair. His website is totally misleading. My advice is to choose another lawyer. His ability to project positive information in front of the judge on court day is laughable if your life going forward counts on his represention.

after paying over three thousand dollars and two years later, everything he said wouldn't happen in my case did occur. He was unwilling to dicuss or explain the final disposition with me and rushed me out the door. Waste of money, I could have represented myself with the same outcome.
