Andrea Di Battista is an outstanding lawyer. She won a complicated court motion in my matrimonial dispute. The judge awarded more than what we asked for because Andrea was so persuasive. She is always well prepared, prompt, organised, knowledgeable, and has more than 20 years of experience. She responded to my emails in a reasonable amount of time which my previous lawyer did not. I had two other lawyers before Andrea and Andrea is by far the best.

I can’t explain the difficulties regarding billing’s and the calls that were never returned. Divorce is hard , but harder when you have to deal with incompetence.

Absent for extended holidays often. Documents rushed, filed at the last minute. Sends/forwards many emails asking client to comment or give instructions. Heavy billing, not much accomplished. Reactive not proactive. Rated low due to quality of work and high cost.

Andrea is a great family lawyer! Yes, her rates are expensive and she is not always available, but her advice and representation was first class. She has a great depth of knowledge when it comes to complicated family matters, and has spot on answers. I have not met another lawyer yet who would be better than Andrea.

Andrea provided me with a free 30-minute phone consult and she willingly spoke for 45 min at no extra cost. She is an expert in common law cases and has provided me with the knowledge and tools to move forward. I am now confident I can prepare to negotiate a settlement with my ex. I found Andrea online and because of her amazing reviews which I have found is "uncommon" in my search for a lawyer, I called and booked a phone consultation and from that I knew she was the right lawyer for me! I found Andrea through Google search. I had contacted a handful of other lawyers to just give me some general ideas about common law families and children. She was the only one who took the time to inquire about what i was truly looking for and offered to meet with me for a free 30 minutes consultation. Andrea has helped a number of my friends in the past. They only say how dedicated and professional she has been throughout their difficult circumstances, as she was with me. They all comment how she made them feel in control again, and that she provided them with a tremendous relief after feelings of loss and despair. We all appreciate not only Andrea's legal expertise in family matters but her caring way of dealing with each client.

The friend in need is the friend indeed. She is by your side all the way. Went through divorce when not only my family but the well being of my patients were at stake. Andrea Di Battista is absolutely an phenomenal lawyer! Very compassionate and upfront about what to expect in the legal process. Bills for when she is not in the office. Does not return calls. Or cares to finish your matter or file your court papers. Comes across very good in the beginning but does not follow through. Find her to be not caring unless you keep paying for unnecessary invoices. Bills incorrectly.Also bills for retainer agreements. Watch out if your on a budget. Paid over $6000.00 and our file was never filed when she billed for it and told us was was going to do it. Instead received another invoice asking for another retainer when disputing it she was billing us for questions on billing and why she was returning calls.
