Andrea Di Battista is an outstanding lawyer. She won a complicated court motion in my matrimonial dispute. The judge awarded more than what we asked for because Andrea was so persuasive. She is always well prepared, prompt, organised, knowledgeable, and has more than 20 years of experience. She responded to my emails in a reasonable amount of time which my previous lawyer did not. I had two other lawyers before Andrea and Andrea is by far the best.

I can’t explain the difficulties regarding billing’s and the calls that were never returned. Divorce is hard , but harder when you have to deal with incompetence.

Absent for extended holidays often. Documents rushed, filed at the last minute. Sends/forwards many emails asking client to comment or give instructions. Heavy billing, not much accomplished. Reactive not proactive. Rated low due to quality of work and high cost.

Andrea provided me with a free 30-minute phone consult and she willingly spoke for 45 min at no extra cost. She is an expert in common law cases and has provided me with the knowledge and tools to move forward. I am now confident I can prepare to negotiate a settlement with my ex. I found Andrea through Google search. I had contacted a handful of other lawyers to just give me some general ideas about common law families and children. She was the only one who took the time to inquire about what i was truly looking for and offered to meet with me for a free 30 minutes consultation. The friend in need is the friend indeed. She is by your side all the way. Went through divorce when not only my family but the well being of my patients were at stake. Thank you, Andrea for helping us get through.if I would've been forced to sell my practice, it would adversely affect 2000 patients of mine and obviously the well being of my children. Andrea Di Battista is absolutely an phenomenal lawyer! Very compassionate and upfront about what to expect in the legal process. Her knowledge of family law and vast experience was evident at our very first meeting; her reassurance and confidence throughout the entire process left me able to rest assured that my wife's supposed hired gun lawyer didn't stand a chance. Aside from her knowledge, I would say her confidence and ability to gauge the situation to determine the best course of action and negotiation skills were most impressive.
