This attorney handled the estate of my aunt as the executor, trustee and attorney. He managed to drag the process out to more than 18 months and provide the beneficiaries with very limited information through it. Detailed accountability about the assests and expenses were never provided to the beneficiaries. A summary of the financials for the estate were provided, but the data used by the accounting firm came directly from this attorney as Trustee and Executor. A demand for billing records and account accountability were never satisfied.
