extremely high fee rate but no longer doing the work to earn it. Extremely poor memory. Plays the system and his local connections. Very arrogance about having to be accountable to his clients and acts like a bully when confronted. Narcissistic. Feels very entitled and believes rules don't need to apply to him. Small town big shot. Poor results for big fees.
