Took $5,000.00 retainer. Failed to complete discovery. Used abusive language. Told me to use time away from my child "to go out and date". When asked for financial discovery, he freaked out and quit on a Saturday, with a trial on Tuesday. Did not forward file, leaving me in a no win situation the day of trial. Two years later still abusive when asked for file.
