Took me for over $5000.00 Intentionally misrepresented me to the IRS in order to secure future audits. Did no preparation for audit meetings with the IRS. Had the IRS perform all accounting for him. Intentionally angered the IRS to further extend the damages via penalties. Minimally communicated with me, the client in order to clarify expenses to properly represent to the IRS. Literally threw in the towel on an entire business entity of ours. Appeared and sounded "stoned" on what little encounters we had. Created a long stream of damages for which we have to hire another accounting firm to undo. Exposes your personal data to streams of unsecured employees who may become gateways for identity theft. Do not, repeat, do not hire. Go back to your records. Document your receipts, hire an experienced accountant in your field of work and honestly go forward with your own audit. Nobody will care about you more than you.

Took my deposit money and did not follow through, made one phone call to the IRS, and I recevied a notice of lien, and never heard from him. I have left multible messages and he has not returned my calls.
