Robert Kitay was a nightmare for an attorney. He failed to communicate with me for so long that I had to threaten him in order to find out what was happening with my case. He filed for continuance after continuance and made excuses to me that were not reasonable or true. The continuances were because he didn't spend time developing my case. He expected ME to do the footwork. When Mr. Kitay took a dislike to me and sneered at me while I was at his office, I knew it was time to move on. He farmed my casework out to other attorneys and then when court time came he didn't know what was up so continued it. He told me he "doesn't do collections" so would be farming that out too and I would have to pay his 40% plus whatever the collections attorney percentage was which meant I would be left with 20% of whatever the recovery on my case was. RIPOFF!!

Very unattentive to clients needs. Does not seem to know family law very well. Many of my questions werent answered; the only questions that were answered timely were questions regarding my bill and payments...their offices charges you to write an email to them and they charge you if they respond as well. Their staff are unprofessional and dress like they are in high school.
