I used Mr. Weiss to Arbitrate my paternity case for Child Custody. He was biased from the start. He allowed the opposing counsel's client to continuously Violate Court Orders and a Subpoena with only a Warning each time. He based Child Support off of the Opposing client that lied about not having a job, when she actually was working and continuously Lied Under Oath during the Arbitration process. Mr. Weiss also put allegations in the Arbitration Award that were based off no evidence provided (here say) to make the mother "look better". Mr. Weiss delayed an Arbitration date, so he could go Golfing, when the date was previously scheduled.
Mr. Weiss didn't follow quite a few Custody Factors during Arbitration when deciding on Custody. He was split down the middle on each factor, even to the length of eliminating damaging testimony to make the mother look better.
I would not recommend Mr. Weiss's services.

Suggestion to review monthly statements, ready EVERYTHING that you sign, and be sure to document meetings and communication. Get everything in writing.
