This attorney has caused us so much more grief. We met with him on August 4th to proceed with chapter 13 filing. We gave him all of our info within a week. On October 16th at 4:00 am my car was repossessed because he did not file our case yet. He will not answer our questions or return our calls. 2 weeks later our other car was repossessed! I lost my mind! I would not recommend this attorney to my worst enemy! Hopefully we will be finished with him on our court date of 12/16/09. I don't know how this man still has a license to practice. I have sent him 3 emails this week asking him the same question and he will not respond.
