DO NOT GO TO THIS FIRM! If you need immediate help or answers regarding your case you will not get them here I promise you. They claim they don't charge you for phone calls because THEY DONT ANSWER THEM. Don't be fooled by the price and what the guy at the consultation says. They will pull you in and make promises and as soon as you retain them then your hell will start. If you are going through a divorce with children don't go here. Pay a little more money and go to a lawyer that knows how to communicate with there clients.

It is impossible to talk to anyone besides the receptionist. My case was started in Nov and I was told 2-3 months max. This process has turned into a 6mo+ project with no resolution and absolutely zero communication.

Today I was told by Richard Johnson ( an attorney at Marx, Altman, & Johnson), to shove my comments. After having told him that I was going write bad reviews. This behavior was very inappropriate. I highly encourage the public to look elsewhere for better service and respect. Eventhough, they have a payment plan, I would rather be respected than to be humiliated. This incident happened today December 18, 2012.
Gente hispana, quisiera que consiguieran servicios legales en otros sitios. Despues de ser humillado esta manana por el abogado Richard Johnson, me falto el respeto y ese tipo de comportamiento no es aceptado. Le dije que no estaba de acuerdo con el servicio y que iba dejar comentarios sobre el servicio en la red, y me dijo "mete tus comentarios donde te quepan. En serio, que falta de respeto para una persona que segun estudio 10 anos de leyes. Nomas porque uno es mexicano, quieren pisar arriba de uno. When you have your consultation, everything is discussed. Once you sign the contract, that's when you figure out that you wasted your money. Expect to spend a lot of money with him, only to find out you need additional lawyers to complete what should have been accomplished by him. Of course, that's when he claim "it's in the contract". Needless to say, the legal terminology is not disucssed so make sure you ask questions, if you're not sure what something mean in the contract. Take a chance if you feel lucky. It has taken so far almost 2 years since I started this process and I'm still fighting mostly with the lawyer's office.
