One of the rudest, mean and condescending people that I have ever met. I cannot believe he is considered a professional!! Using foul language and making others around him feel belittled. I am shocked that I even have to write this review. I would normally never write something like this but felt compelled. If you are not an attorney or a Dr. or someone with a large degree you are fodder under his feet. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. There are plenty of other Lawyers out there who will serve your needs far better. That will not talk down to you or make you fell “less than”

Mr Lipow provided no "counsel" to us - he took our money, our financial information, did the filing and appeared the day of the hearing but that is it. He did not prepare us as to what to expect at the BK hearing, he would return emails and phone calls but would not answer specific questions posed to him. So, if you can't get legal advice and answers from the attorney that you have paid for who are you supposed to turn to? His first draft of our BK Petition was very sloppy, we found many errors upon our review and had to argue with him to make the corrections!!! In addition, he is one of the rudest, most condesending attorney I have ever dealt with and I would strongly recommend that no one use this individual - especially for a BK.
