He is misleading, and he has not represented the intrest of the ownership for a business that has been torn from within. Every current an former co-owner has retained outside counsel, because Robert Haas has chosen to side with a "manager". He never acts as a mediator between owners. He has taken his cue from individuals who are not part of the ownership. Robert Haas knows that the money generated by our busineess owners {past and present} has paid him for his one sided representation. How would you like to be paying for your own counsel and Haas And would you know it: Each time there is a legal disagreement in our company it is against the management who is suppose to be accountable to the ownership according to the operating agreement. The probability of a Self-claimed corporate attorney never siding with the ownership but always siding with the managementis false sense of security to undermine other owner's intrests. If he was knowledgable he would listen to the owners' concerns.
