DiMartino was fresh out of law school when he handled a personal injury suit for me. Not only did he not keep in contact with me, he never informed me of the outcome of the suit. He collected the award (2500.00) and kept it. I never knew until years later when I was contacted by an attorney representing the person who was responsible for my injury for a deposition in another case. He casually mentioned the confidentiality of my case but indicated that he thought I should have been satisfied with the outcome. I said, "what outcome?" The lawyer said he wasn't surprised at DiMartino's actions. I never got a cent from him. Beware of this guy---he seems to have only gotten worse and is now accused of felony bigamy.

I had a criminal case were the police searched my girlfriends home without a search warrant and found money and weed and a non working Jennings 22 pistol.They charged me with 2 felonies.From the day i hired dimartino our course of action was to file a motion to supress hearing because they said that my girlfriend gave them a verbal consent to search and then had her sign off to what found after the unlawful search. To make a long story short my lawyer Dennis A. DiMartino LPA did not file the motion in time and the Hon. Judge John M Durkin of Mahoning county denied my motion and offered me a plea deal instead. I was told the day I was going in for the supression hearing 10 months after being charged. DiMartino told me that he forgot to file the motion because he had a lot on his plate and that he ****ed up and he was sorry. But were did that leave me? The court told me that I could file for another hearing but the plea that they were offering would not come again so I took the plea.
