	11/25/13	3	1	2	1	2	Very bad attitude. I observed him yelling at clients on the phone and in person. He does not meet court deadlines. Of the two office staff I saw only one was very nice and courteous and she seem embarrassed by Mark and the other lady. He shows NO belief in his clients.
