10/16/15	1	1	1	1	1	I also had the misfortune of hiring this office and I wish I would have read these reviews before I did getting them to return calls is almost impossible first time in court Lisa was scared off by my ex my ex snapped at her and Lisa totally back down when I was in court the judge made it look like I was not even prepared ... now I have an $8,000 bill and have taken my business to another local attorney who apologized to me after he read my divorce agreement and told me that he was sorry I had such poor representation and that my MSA was very poorly written. The office makes it sound like they are there for you,and will help you ,but really they are not. I had Lisa by reference but was handed off to Diane at a moment's notice when Lisa had to be in another courtroom Diane had no idea of my case and just basically checked things off the list without knowing anything about my case. don't use this office they are better attorneys out there that are more professional
3/18/15	1	1	1	1	1	Scatter brain...late for trial..nothing is ever prepared correctly...paper has to be prepared many times over because the office is not professional...lose your paperwork...file paperwork in an untimely manner...don't return phone calls and their counselling service on talking to you about the court paper...you are on your own to read and truly understand what is court written...would really help if they would tell you what it all means.
8/20/13	1	1	1	1	1	This is the worse decision I ever made. I had 50/50 custody, now I have only weekends and 2k+ in child support. No call backs after I express my concern on our out come. I followed all their advice (Diane and Lisa mainly) only to fail miserably in court. They got mopped up by apposing counsel, looked like they have never been in trial before. Continually told our case is strong that my ex has to prove everything and trial went nothing even close to what they advise. Also during trial, they asked me what questions they should ask?? What kind of lawyer asks their client what to ask in trial. If I could rate this law firm less I would. They took my life away and it cost me over 11k in attorney fees. When we only had 1 house and no other assets to divide. If you are referred here....RUUNNNN as fast as you can in the other direction. Better off representing your self.

I worked mostly with Lindsay and I think she is amazing and very professional. I felt like my case was improtant to them and was very pleased with the outcome thank you Diane drew butler and everyone else in the office.

11/30/09	1	1	1	1	1	I had the misfortune of hiring Dianne Drew Butler and I have nothing good to say about this lawyer. She is essentially a cheat and it seems that her business model is to just collect the retainer and then keep the clients on the run. Once the retainer is paid it is very difficult to catch hold of her. She never returns the calls in time. Her staff is very rude and whole office is utterly disorganized. This office does not know how to keep track of documents and you have to provide the same documents many times again and again. I would suggest to stay from this third grade attorney who is snobbish and does not understand the problems of clients.
