Charging me for services which do not match with my phone bills. Charging me for revising the same motion several times. They never return calls. Charging me for more time on the phone then we talked, which adds up to hours. I am now receiving e- mails threatening me if i do not pay them. I have spent over ten thousand dollars in the past two years for a custody battle and now that i am close to getting a hearing , i am being informed that they will not do any more work until i come up with thirty eight hundred plus a twenty five hundred retainer . Now i am a single mother working full time and i try to pick up extra time just so i can make ends meet and then i have an attorney telling me that they will not help me get my son out of a physical abusive house hold which he lives with his father and grand mother. How is this possible?
