Very USELESS law firm. lawyers in this firm are just looking to collect fees then tell you to plead guilty. you are better of representing yourself than spending your money in this law firm. they literally where so hype to pick up my case just to stop contacting me. they never looked in to my case nor evidence literally they where not trying to do any work. gave me a bill of $10000 to plead guilty. this firm still suprises me that it is still running with the type of scams they are pulling.

Not sure about his law knowledges, but all I can say is just about Monday. If you have 20.000 CAD to pay them immediately they will possibly help if not you are barred alive by Canadian police. I hope to find a lawyer not check collectors...If you don't have a bank at home find someone else. Good luck to all in my shoes.

Bruce was recommended by some former prosecutors in his region. They said that if anybody would get me a result, it would be him, and that he was well respected by his peers. As small as my case was in relation to what hes seen, he was still very sensitive to the fact that it was by far the biggest thing happening in my own (and my family's) life. He talked to my wife and I as if we were friends...and after two+ years dealing with my case, we honestly felt like he was our friend, and we would gladly spend time with him outside of this mess. Hes a funny guy that has a way of lightening the mood and making you feel optimistic. At the end of the day, he did his job well and we got a result. A huge thank you to Bruce Daley, from the first meeting he set out the details and put me on a flexible payment. He promised me he would get me out of this matter in the best possible way. Within a year all my charges were dropped and no criminal record. Also no jail time as the crown was pushing for that initially. Him and his team were there for me and my family, probably if not but the worst possible time in my life. Having no hopes of having a normal life again. I know what it’s like to not know what lawyer to choose. BUT unhappy customers are always louder than happy ones. Choose based on ur meeting with ur lawyer not the negative reviews. I was charged with impaired & I need a clean record for my job so my entire career was on the line. I hired Mr Daley cuz he seemed very knowledgeable about all the ways we could win, and he was very confident in himself. He told me to let him do the worrying $ to go on with my life. Easier said than done, I worried everyday, I called him more than I should have lol. Mr.Daley was in my experience the best lawyer I have ever met. When I booked an appointment he immediately met with me considering my worry and concern. He listened to my story and was honest with me. He was attentive with any question I had and made himself available to go over any of my discomforts even if we already had several times. I had the pleasure of working with Bruce throughout Q2 and the beginning of Q3, 2018. I interviewed numerous lawyers, five to be exact, prior to deciding to go with Bruce. From the beginning, he explained his internal processes, how things would and should progress and the factors, if any, that may be beyond his/our control (the other side, the courts, etc). He never over-promised and under-performed in my case. Not only because he helped me win the case. It's obvious I'm going to end up praising him. But what they say is honestly true "You pay for what you get". At first I was skeptical because there was not much action from his end on the case immediately after I was pulled over. But than I realized why that was. It's because the trial date was set a year from the date I was pulled over. But closer to the trial date, he answered all my questions, picked up the phone immediately everytime. I was charged with both impaired and over 80 as well as careless driving since there was an accident involved. I had a lot to lose, therefore chose to go to trial and was referred to Mr. Daley. After my initial meeting I knew if I stood any chance of winning it would be with him. He was professional and answered all my questions and always responded promptly to my messages. After going to trial, I was found not guilty of all criminal charges plus got the careless dropped down as well. There is not a doubt in my mind that I would never have won this case if it wasn't for the experience and brilliance of this lawyer. I say Bruce is one of the top lawyers in Ontario. No matter what time I called he returned my call within a half hour. In my situation 18 charges and goy away with a misdemeanor assault. have and will keep on using Bruce and his staff..

He charged me an outrageous rate and lost even though he told me the case would be a slam dunk. He then told me that there were great chances in appealing the case. He lost that too and charged me another $5k for it. A crook if there is one. I have to agree with many others on here, it didn't feel like he was prepared or was trying to win. The justice system leaves to desire in Ontario...

Bruce represented me, and he did it well. Sitting down and talking with him at the first meeting was all I needed to know that I would hire him. He has a knowledge of the law that can only be gained from years of experience. That experience especially showed in the courtroom. Bruce displayed a strong understanding of the issues and was able to break them down and dissect them, he cross-examined effectively, and eventually won. It took a while to get to trial, but that is how the system is, it takes time, but trust this man, he knows what he's talking about.

To be frank when you trust a lawyer who says he will win your case dont ever believe that, Mr daley is one of those lawyers he keeps his fees reasonable to sweep you in and only gets in touch with the day before your trial..rather pled guilty saved the money and went on with my life...hire him if you want but be mindful of what he says and dont be naive. My opinion try someone else and do your reasearch i got stuck paying my whole fee upfront and than i went on the internet and the rest is history

Bruce represented me in every way! As soon as I left that message on his voicemail inquiring on his services at around 6am I received a call back from him within the next 30 mins. He asked that I breathe and advised that eerything would be alright. I met him the very next date and gave me every confidence that "WE" would win this case and we did! Best lawyer out there.

Bruce represented a family member in a criminal case. We went to several lawyers but ended up choosing Bruce. He came across as the most experienced and gave us plenty of time (compared to other lawyers). He looked at the facts and was confident he could win the case. Most importantly, he was kind and sympathetic and realized the impact of the criminal charge on the family. Bruce took an interest in the case (instead of handing to his associates). He was also flexible with payments and very approachable.
On the trial day, Bruce defended the case well. He kept it plain and simple at the start and wanted the Crown to show all their cards. After his closing remarks, I was confident the judge would rule in his favor. You can tell he has years of experience because he knows the attorneys, judges, toxicologists, etc. and uses that to refine his strategy. I think that’s an asset that other lawyers may under-estimate. I have to credit Bruce for knowing what he was doing and doing it well.

Bruce Daley saved my life. He kept me out of jail after I made the stupidest decision of my life. He was kind, confident and empathetic of my situation. The easiest guy to talk to. I will never forget what he and his staff did for me. I now have a great job and have moved on with my life just like he promised. I will never forget Bruce Daley for helping me get my life back. He gave me time to pay him and for that I am grateful. Hire this man...you won't regret it.

The worst lawyer out there! He is dishonest and will not put any effort into your case. He told me I have a very high chance of winning but on the day of the trial everything changed. He barely cross examined the officers and did not attempt to put any effort into the case and failed miserably in defending me. Keep your money and stay away from this guy!

Brilliant Lawyer. Very well known; was highly recommended and well spoken. Was charged with impaired and Over 80mgs and he ran a trial and won. Ran circles around the Crown and police officers that were clearly lying. I would recommend him to anyone. The person that referred me also had a good experience. I have since referred a friend of mine for the same charge and he worked out a great deal and managed to avoid any jail time considering it was his 3rd time up. Don't know the circumstances surrounding some of the other people commenting on this post, but I cannot believe anything other than good things said about Bruce. Judges, Crowns and police officers refer him clients.....that says it all!! Worth every penny!!

Brutal. Billed Very High and Very Slow. Admin Staff never responded to billing questions. Dailey showed up for first few court dates and when it seemed apparent he wasn't going to win he sent a Paralegal for the final court dates, but still billed me his enormous rate. Do not waste your money. I was better off pleading guilty

My brother and I met with Mr. Daley for a consultation after my brother was charged with impaired driving and alcohol over .08. Mr. Daley reviewed my brother's disclosure, and was frank and to-the-point, yet very polite, in his assessment. He painted a very realistic picture of what we could expect, and gave us the pros and cons of each scenario. Ultimately, we were able to make a well-informed, logical decision on how to proceed.

The nicest guy I gave 9,600 dollars to for doing nothing for me. He just showed up did the song and dance and left . He didn't seem really in my corner or prepared to do battle for me . He left a bad taste in my mouth regarding the justice system in Canada. What a money mill the justice system is in Ontario .Between the high bred laws and lawyers . The little guy will never have a chance . They all just want your money, not justice for the good people who make bad choices .

Is it only the illiterate,.. the illegible.. and alright..'the great unwashed ' who rate professionals and post threads? How very 'stragne' lol. Bruce Daley is extremely competent -the best there is. Aside from myself, found him to be one of the most intelligent people I have met, and -I think this is relevant is quite witty and droll. This can help when feeling deluged by the justice system -I believe he specializes in DUI,s. The proof is always in the...He lives in an 8,000sq.ft mansion on the best street in mississauge, while my erstwhile frien-lawyer subsists, sorry subsides in a quasi-townhouse complete with excellent references and postage stamp back yard.
