BEWARE! and also see rating on this site regarding M Rosenfield. Retained Mike Windsor for divorce. Paid him $2000 up front for his services.He came to court in my opinion not prepared and I fired him at that time and had to hire another attorney (at a lower fee)to take over divorce.He then said I owed him additional $2400 for my one day in court with him.i disputed asking why he did not inform me i was over my retainer as stated in the contract he would do and instead he sued me and has put a lean on my house.this was in 1999 and now he says I owe him $6200 as he has charged interest! some of the charges he claims i owe were even before i signed the contract. i would never use anyone in this firm nor recommend them. others on this site appear to have had a similar experience.
