Stay Away...very unprofessional, Has the client running around for the facts he doesn’t bother presenting, unprepared for court doesn’t review paperwork to catch opposing lawyers changes, money hungry. After changing lawyers it was very apparent he is lazy or just lacks in knowledge.

DO NOT USE very unprepared in court even with all the proof he makes the client get and does not remember to use.,Very Money hungry,takes advantage of people going through bad times,pot runs out he runs out,I do not know how he sleeps at night.

Mark Kowalsky is a terrible lawyer. He represented me in the past, and the number of times that he was unprepared was unbelievable. Find a better lawyer, it will not be hard.

thank goodness for lawyers like mark kowalsky..with his help i was able to expose my ex's lies and obtain a large judgement. mark and his staff really listen and they are very knowledgable in family law. My previous lawyer had me set to pay my ex spousal support indefinitely at $1600/mth!!
