Elizabeth Milbourn is one of the most-experienced real estate attorneys with whom I have worked. As a commercial title company division, we work with many bank attorneys and I find her work to be excellent and her fees to be extremely reasonable.

For standard mortgage matters including extensions, refinance, novations most fees are either fixed or can be accessed at $150-175/hour because it is all form work. She charges the bank's customers at $225-250/hour and is aggressive towards the bank's customers who technically pay her but are not her customers. Her communication with the customers should always try to preserve the Bank's relationship with the client.
