I would not recommend John. He seems to only be in court because he has to, Doesn't tell you what going on in your own case.

He is knowledgeable on law, but you can tell he is friends with everyone within the meeker county court system. This may work for or against yoy, and he doesn't necessarily work with you on things. We went to court only to find that he completely had changed his mind about the issue, and opted for something entirely different than requested and planned.

I have been a client of John Mueller for sometime through a family law matter. He is good and understanding and works through the letter of the law. He represented me in a custody matter and got life somewhat back on track if life can be on track in a matter as complex as mine. I personally would recommend him to anyone. I have used his services twice now and have been pleased. Remember as a formal paralegal myself that an attorney is only a instrument in court they dont have a magic wand to make life all better but John does have the knowledge and ability to work thru the jungle of the law!!! Kudos John

john w. mueller wanted 1000$ up front and did not say his rate was 200$/hr. in addition to this, he took credit for lots of leg work that i did. don't call him on the phone because he makes mucho big bucks off you for these and anyone else who calls him. i wonder what he really makes an hour? and finally, he is an recovering alcoholic who is a controller of people and has close personal ties with the local police dept and sherrif's dept. he cannot be trusted and gets invited out to the authorities golf outs and other police events. i wish i could report him to some higher court, but he is an attorney after all.
