Absolutely garbage took over $5000 kept my files never showed up to the court date . Worst representation anyone could ever have . Just knows she can steal your money and knows its difficult to do anything about it . I hope ?? she is done pretending to be a lawyer. Wrote a receipt on a napkin and alot of promises.

Absolutely horrific lawyer. Big talk on consult call then dissappears and client is left scrambling to find her to get replies. Did half ass work, over billed and when questioned about billing billed for that time too! Had her billing assessed by attorney General who found in my favor. She misses deadlines for court responses and doesn't retain basic details of the case. As a.family lawyer with child welfare experience she was useless in resolving child welfare and safety issues. Told me I could appeal...for 15k.Total joke. Stay away

Ms Lyons-Batstone did an excellent job in court in presenting the case. She is easy to talk to and committed to the individual. She is very professional.

Had to do all paper work and take it to courthouse. Never rescheduled a court date but kept telling me she would, needless to say court case was dismissed after a year of fighting and almost settled had two items left to solve. She also took $600- from me as a down payment to hold her until I found out if I got legal aid, she said if I got it she would give it back to me,never did and never gave it to legal aid. Not very knowledgeable makes you feel like she will get you what you deserve but never does very disappointing. Lots of staff not educated either run around like chickens with heads cut off.

Absolute waste of time. I called constantly to make an appointment with her and finally had to go into her office to book one. Did not serve the other party the materials she should have and filed briefs the day of our conference. Does not know what she is doing or she does but is too lazy to do it. Avoid at all cost, you are better off doing it yourself. Used to work for CAS and is still pretty buddy buddy with them. Shameful.
