***BEWARE*** Terrible, terrible experience with this office. Every BK question I had was met with a snide, vague or ambiguous remark. His attitude made my experience much worse than it had to be. I was treated like an idiot. Questions were not answered at all. I just stopped asking. Docs were sent in and then lost, over and over again. Michael was RUDE,ARROGANT,DEMEANING and even BELLIGERENT. He is ALL ABOUT the almighty dollar. His staff tried to be efficient, but I experienced first hand his tyrades against them. It was like having a root canal without novocaine. The only positive was the $5 (yes, FIVE DOLLAR) Starbuck card I received after my hearing. Almost $2k in BK fees - and he handed me a $5 Starbuck card. He encouraged me to go through Foreclosure instead of Short Sale...and now I am regretting that decision too. Don't expect anything good from this man or this company. OH, but if you leave GOOD FEEDBACK on his site, you may win some awesome prize!! FOR SHAME MICHAEL JUDE!

This was a first class experience. My husband and I filed bankruptcy in 2011 and Michael is knowledgable and friendly. His entire staff is top notch! B. McMillen
