He took almost $3,000 from my wife and in the spring of 2009, along with all the required paperwork for her immigration application. It is now the end of November and we have not received anything but lies and excuses from him. INS has no knowledge of our case and he will not produce proof of filing. He just stalls. At this point, I believe he has stolen our money and I will be filing a complaint with the Bar Association. Even if he hasn't stolen our money, he is completely incompetent. Please stay far away from him.
