Rodger is an excellent attorney, and a really nice guy. As a Realtor, I have had numerous transactions with him over more than 12 years. He has literally saved my clients tens of thousands of dollars and kept very difficult deals together when it was needed. When you begin a transaction you cannot know how difficult or easy it will be. Unexpected things happen. Rodger looks ahead for the pitfalls, and protects clients in ways they don't even know. If you want someone who will get it done right and protect you in the process, I highly recommend Rodger.

We used Mr. Kopf to settle our mother's estate and sell her house. I'm confident that "all the i's are dotted & t's crossed", but that's because he seemed to do everything he could possibly do to add to our bill, and I'm very sure he did things that were unnecessary. I insisted many times that he do the MINIMUM; it didn't help. We spent thousands more on the real estate transaction than other local lawyers were charging, and I'm sure the same is true for the estate work. VERY mixed experience -- not 100% negative because I loved his personality style: very laid back, smart. I'd recommend him to anyone who doesn't care how much they spend!!
