I have to agree with the other reviews,doesn't talk in court,no help at all.No communication with client,never hear from him other than your bill every month.I think most of the bill is fabricated.Did nothing for me!Got another attorney and everything was dropped immediately.I won.This guy is not worth a cent.

only worried about getting his own money, case went on for 1 year never said anything to defend my case, never recieved any papers from my case, never recieved any calls. Only recieved my bill. Because of Mr. Cummings, i lost custody of my child and havent been able to see him since.. I do not reccommend lawyer at all save your money and get one that will at least work for it.

This lawyer missed deadlines, did not file papers on time, had no plan of action to defend me. After 2 years and $1000's of dollars later, he never even was able to attain my 1/2 of my assets for me. He strung me along and was not even able to collect my court ordered spousal support. He was incompetent in court, and did not know how to defend a case. I wasted lots of time and lots of money on this incompetent worm.
