I can't believe the negative reviews. Stuart has handled many transactions for me in Real Estate deals and with my Will. He has always been professional, extremely thorough and provided extra advise at no charge.

Stuart came highly recommended from previous clients for my divorce proceedings. He enticed me with his free consultation, but when things went sour with my spouse, he suddenly lost interest, failed to return phone calls and neglected my file. When I was threatened with litigation he failed to mention that he does not go to court anymore and that he would refer me to another lawyer that does. Needless to say I retained another lawyer forthwith. Absolutely disappointed with his (very) expensive services. Not worth the money or the time. Find someone else.

Unfortinately I was stupid to use Stuart twice. The first time they did not even registra an address change so my taxes where late. He was recomended by my divorse lawyer John Cox (they are friends and apparently have the same work ethics) Anyway he handled a vender take back in which he did not provide the standard term and informed me I had no say in the terms after the deal was signed. Then acussed me of not paying my previous bill and made me feel 2ft high in his office. After returning home and double checking before I insisted he was wrong, he had his secretary appologize for their accounting mistake. She informed me how he laughed at making me feel small in his office. Needless to say I did not find this funny. To top it off, when it come time the people are not making their payments he tells me I have to wait 45 days-should have been 15days- then he when that time is up he tells me he will have to reffer me to someone else. Three weeks later -I have retained someone else,
