I would give him zeros if I could. After investing $1795 he has done nothing promised in loan modification. Run!

Violated SB94 and false advertisement on loan modification stating the zero up front fees. They collected money up front on the first consultation prior to service. Flahive staff does not have knowledge on loan modification process.
