Elliott Broth has a very serious superiority complex and although knowledgeable he lacks sensitivity and common sense at very important times during your case. He follows his own agenda and doesn't pay attention to important details and when he makes an error, refuses to take responsibility or fix it. A quick example is that I told him that I fired my previous lawyer because they had submitted an interim motion instead of an actual trial. Elliott then tried to submit the exact same type of motion and I only found out when I arrived at the courthouse and was obviously unable to submit. If you don't mind not having a say even though you're paying a very high fee, then he might be what you are looking for.
