This lawyer has a really bad reputation. She is known for taking clients money and offering them no help. She treated me so bad. Took my money, dropped out of my case, causing me legal damages that ruined my whole life, and threatened me! DO NOT TRUST HER with your case. Very hot-blooded and gets angry and frustrated with her clients easily. I would never recommend her not even to my very worst enemy! Keep your money, do your own research and hire someone with a great track record who is equipped to help you. The bar association need to seriously reviews all the complaints against this lawyer and put a stop to her abuses.

I was recommended to her but very disappointed with her office. They don’t answer your calls or emails. My case has been going over 2 years now and I have not gotten anywhere. I guess I have to find another lawyer because her office pretty much gave up on my case and left me hanging.

I've worked with Attorney Miller on several cases. She is very professional and knowledge. She answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. Hands down, I recommend her! She gets the job done.

She's the best attorney I have met. I hired her after another attorney didn't do their job and she fought for me and my kids every step of the way. I cannot say enough great things about her and her staff!!! They are like family now, except better!!!! I have sent several people to her who needed help and they have always thanked me. I just wish the rating had 10's since she deserves higher than 5's!!!!

I would totally recommend Christina. After reading all the ratings I can see where some may have had problems. I'm not going to say she always returns my calls but I can always reach her or Jennifer (her paralegal) by email. She has done wonders for my case . She gave me a price and that hasn't changed. She's done everything she said she was going to do and everything that she promised would happen.

When I hired her for my first divorce she tasked the talk at first but in the end we got nowhere. Literally. The judge dismissed her all together and it was like I practically didn't have representation. I watched the magistrates educate/ embarrass her (& I) during one of or hearings and that's when I knew my attorney had stolen my money for a service I literally could have done myself. Honestly such a waste of money.

This woman is absolutely HORRIBLE !! When documents have to be sent to the other party (which in this case I was the other party) it has to be "certified" when the documents were sent and you have 20 days to respond. The courts allow an additional 5 days for mailing so a total of 25 days -- she CERTIFIED they were sent to me ... 10 DAYS BEFORE THEY WERE ACTUALLY SENT !! I kept a copy of the envelope as proof, with the stamp date that shows the actual date it was mailed, which was in fact 10 days after her certification date -- She obviously thinks I'm a complete idiot AND that I wouldn't be hiring my own attorney -- if I had filed paperwork on my own in response to her petition and not had proof of the actual mailing date then I would have been outside the "window" of response time. -- example 6/1 certified 6/25 response due (based on her documents)... 6/1 certified 6/11 mailed 7/5 response actually due, she was trying to short me 10 days and be sneaky and had it blow up in her face

This attorney doesn't even deserve a 1 for a rating! She is Horrible!!! I too have had all the same experiences everyone else has already mentioned. She does not return calls or emails, she promises to help you but never does. She will tell you if your ex doesn't respond or pay child support in two weeks to let her know then she gets mad that you are bothering her. I too felt like she was working against me and working for my (now) ex. My Ex's attorney was her Mentor and once she found out I felt it was a conflict of interest but she re assured me it wasn't and my child support dropped over $300 then almost $200 more over time. I had to end up borrowing money and hiring another attorney for finish my divorce. She is a Joke and should not be allowed to continue to represent as a Attorney!

Wow, Do not know where to start! She is a piece of work! She should be disbarred, She is so unethical it's embarrassing to believe I paid this women to represent me! I wasted my money and time with her so called help. Had to hire another attorney to clean up her mess! So ticked she is able to do this to this many people!

We were told a specific price at the beginning of the case. That quote ended up being off $12,000! Her firm is impossible to get a hold of or get answers from. They NEVER return phone calls. Her aid Jennifer is rude and does not follow through with processing paperwork. Ms. Miller never had time to meet with me before the court date and then scheduled a 30 minute meeting before the first court date to hear about the case. She arrived 30 minutes late and then went in unprepared. The firm does not file paperwork timely and in some cases it took over 3 months to file one piece of paper. When it came to closing the case, she refused to file the last paper, unless we paid the remaining $1500 first. She had already received over $13,000.00 for her services in one year from my case. I told her I didn't have the $ and she said that I would have to postdate checks then or she wouldn't file the last paper. She promised she would not cash them until the case was closed, she lied and cashed them

Unfortunately, Mrs. Miller and her paralegal simply do not work or complete cases that they agree to take. After numerous and continual emails/phone calls, one is simply forced into a standstill with this firm. Sadly, I am now out of the money I had dropped into a retainer and other unnecessary charges. It has been two years now in which Mrs. Miller has failed to obtain any results. I would be very surprised if they even had my case on file at this point. It is absolutely terrible to drop these large amounts of money and receive no service/results at all. I would strongly discourage the use of this firm and would recommend finding a lawyer with a work ethic.

This lawyer will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your money! The secretary is very rude. She told me $2500 would get us through mediation, then filed for unecessary hearings where nothing happened after 10 month we are no farther along in the voice-my ex sold allof our assets, pays no child support and gets away with it. She constantly promised to take care of issues but lied. Shed said she would send a bill every month so I would not go over the retainer but on month 7 i had to send an email asking for a bill. She charged me $45 to read the email and sent me a $4000 bill 2 months later. She was very unprofessional and showed up to court with a nose ring and blue nail polish!!!Trust me you will be better off with no attorney than this one. She even charged me for hearings that I attended alone with success since she was not there and for numerous unecessary calls to my ex's lawyer. At times I felt like she was on his side. Now I do not have a home, car or penny to my name!
