I'd definitely say Mark is an excellent attorney. His knowledge of law is top of the line, he kept me involved in the whole process and his attitude is geared for winning. Overall I was very impressed with the result of my case and if I ever need an attorney again, I know who to go to.

I'd give the guys 10/10 if I could. Mark enjoys what he does and takes pride in helping his clients. He was even willing to work with me on payments and charged what I could afford. Also he isn't one of the hardest working attorneys I've met which was a relief. I knew from the time we first met that my case was in good hands. Thank you for everything

I had a consultation with them last month and it went over well. I've been receiving steady communication from my attorney and tangible feedback. I feel like I have a real shot of receiving compensation for my car accident. Please keep up the consistency and transparency PAG.

I called yesterday and they were very helpful on my workers comp consult, it was an injury at work that happened when I lived in LA back in 2016. Proved to me that a personal experience goes further than other people's experiences. Thanks PAG.

This guy is by far the worst attorney! Do your homework and google his name. You'll find the following on him
PAYAM MARK SHAYANI [#208334], of Los Angeles was suspended for one year, stayed, placed on two years of probation with an actual 45-day suspension and he was ordered to take the MPRE within one year. The order took effect July 16, 2009.
Shayani stipulated to misconduct in eight cases. He pleaded guilty in 2006 to three misdemeanors — failing to withhold state income tax for a part-time employee or secure workers’ compensation insurance for his employees and advertising himself as a doctor although he is not licensed as a physician. His actions violated the Unemployment Insurance Code, the Labor Code and the Business and Professions Code.
And yet after all this he still continues to represent himself as a doctor! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this shyster!

Mr. Shayani did not meet any requirement of Due Diligence. I contacted him by phone,e-mail, certified mail and UPS verifiable Fax. He has failed to contact me, to date. He sent an Attorney to My case Mediation who I did not know,or speek to prior to Mediation, this attorney Setteled my case with out any involvement or input from me THE CLIENT. This Mediation settelment took place on March 6, 2012.3 months two weeks and 5 days have passed and he has not contacted me yet. This is only a fraction of his Unprofessional conduct. I would strongly advise anyone in need of an Attorney to stay far away from Pacific Attorney Group of Los Angeles, California.

Shayani changed to Pacific Attorney group without notifying the change not that you would get a straight answer from the 5 or more staff changes in his office. Never stayed with the same person, there must of be at least 15 different people. Met with him twice, no work was done, made impossible to change to another attorney. Dragged case the filed sued again insurance company and for what. it could have been settled in the time before a suit was needed. Accusatory manner. Does not respect clients. Kept hearing how the clients are cared for. You have remember their names first (???), every single time are you sure you are a client? All this before the change to Pacific Attorney Group. Don't feel I was taken care of, was not explained how things should, demanded time at last minute did notify of necessary meetings until the last minute. Just Crazy!

Workers Comp Claim. This attorney is too busy for new clientele. Office procedure to even speak with the attorney is to type a letter requesting nicely a meeting, and why you need one. It took me 8 weeks to get an appointment to speak with him and I was only allowed to once. He took 16 months to get surgery authorized for a dislocating shoulder. Each time I called the hold time was 30 min- 1 hour. Every time I called I was transferred to a different paralegal, each giving me different information. I lost out on permanent disability benefits from my work, which I had paid insurance premiums for, due to bad advice from the paralegal. Claim going on three years and insurance co. is attempting to settle, but last I heard the attorney's office was all out to lunch. Attorney himself seemed knowledgeable, but he doesn't do any of his own work, so clients are at the limitations of the paralegals. This attorney was a negative professional experience.

I don't think he's a very good lawyer. I have a worker's comp. case with him and he kept me in the dark the whole time. I was never allowed tho speak with him and I always had to talk to someone new. They lied to me about how much I was getting for my settlement and they didn't fight for me. Their excuse for not calling me as often as they should was that they were in the process of moving to a new location. I don't think that's a very good excuse, besides whenever I did call they'd put me on hold for five to ten minutes. Don't choose him for your lawyer. He will not fight for you!
