Roe was fantastic in my custody case!! I met him at a charity event for foster children, he sits on the board. I thought it was apparent to everyone there how much time and effort he puts into helping others. I had 2 other attorneys tell me I had a slim chance of getting my order changed but Roe got it done! Ask any of HIS clients and they will tell you the same... He is a great lawyer.

I should have maybe given Roe a 5 on Tenacity, but I call his type of tenacity...insidiously evil. Does he give of his "time or money" to help children? You know your case is in trouble if Mr. Gile steps in to help. I believe Mr. Simmons is Gile's dough "boy". If Mr. Simmons was that great of an attorney, don't ya think he would have his own firm?

Simmons is a great attorney if you wish to destroy your child. He doesn't care what the truth is or even what the law is- he just wants to win. You've read that he is getting custody of a child back to his client but left out was the part about his client's conviction of domestic battery. Why would I say this? Because all criminals in the OKC area know that Simmons has no scruples. He is so hated by other attorneys in town that most refuse to work with him. Making a deal with Simmons and Giles is like making a deal with the devil. They don't actually know the law, they win by intimidating witnesses, calling on favors, threats and behaving like the mob. Oh, Giles' brand of justice don't just cost your soul, it will also cost you everything you own. I've seen these men practice and was left amazed at the level of depravity they are willing to stoop to. I don't know how they sleep at night. They both find pure delight in destroying weak, vulnerable, good people

I am very satisfied with the way Roe Simmons has conducted himself and with his knowledge of the law. Mr. Simmons works tirelessly on behalf if his client and is tenacious on your behalf. Roe contributes his personal time to causes and organizations that support and benefit children in Oklahoma City and beyond. I would recommend Mr. Simmons to anyone looking for expert legal representation.

If you do not care about your children you should hire this firm. Mr Simmons was appointed Guardian ad litem to my son who was in my custody since birth (now 14) by my ex-wife who wanted custody after all these years. He did not like me from the start, I tower over him by a foot. My son would be crying after a visit with this firm because they told him he needed to be with his mom because it was her turn. My son did not want to live with his mother 400 miles away. He wanted to charge me more than his mother was paying and seemed to be on her side in court when he was to remain impartial. He was on the side of who had the most money and not the most love and stability. It has been 6 months since I have seen my son. This experience has left me without a family and bankrupt. I have no money to sue for contempt now because she gets half my income for support (she never paid me a dime in 15 yrs) I miss my son and wished that the judge never appointed Roe Simmons
