Mr. Seth Katz always followed up by him personally getting back to me and kept me up to date about the situation. I am satisfied about the outcome and would recommend him especially to those because of job, school and family situation cannot handle the situation on their own. He never guaranteed anything but would try to do the best he could do for the situation and would answer any questions. I did my part by calling to follow up on the month and day I was instructed - then he would explain and answer questions.

They were very nice, informative, empathetic and helpful prior to me setting up a payment arrangement. Once a payment arrangement had been made. They screened my call. Katz himself answered my phone call only when I called from a outside line or if I pressed the option that said I may be a new customer. Kate McCauley(my lawyer) was very rude when calling for court updates They rescheduled my court dates twice without discussing any resolutions with me or communicating that information to me. I 100% regret spending my money with them. I feel like I have been robbed by a lawyer and I'm not even sure who I could go to assist me with this type of issue.

This guy is a crook. He acted like he was going to help me with my issue, but once the check cleared he stopped answering his phone and emails. He stole $850 from me. He should be disbarred.

Took my money on first time I contacted and never showed up on my hearing which resulting in my license suspension. I called and he threatens me and asked me to handle it by myself and hung up on me. What a professionalism. Please I beg you don't loose your money with them. They won't help you at all. Contact Jeffery ziff. He's best.

The worst! Paid to fight 4 tickets and lost all 4! They never told me I lost and so I almost lost my license as a result! Paid hefty fines and a hefty bill to them for doing nothing! Top it off the lawyer was 1 hour late to court! Neverrrrr use these guys!

I used Katz Law Office when I received a ticket for a truck route violation. Katz law firm was excellent. They handled everything for me and were very nice and professional. They always returned my calls and kept me up to date. They had my ticket dismissed and I never even had to go to a hearing. I would definitely recommend them.

They are very nice, communicative, and professional...until they get their funds from you. Afterwards, their execrable representation in the courtroom proves their incompetence. A paralegal would represent you better than this firm. Take my advice and stay away. The "perfect" ratings that were previously commented were fabricated by the attorney himself. That's not my opinion, it's a fact.

I have known Mr. Katz for years, and have used him for half a dozen tickets and a DUI. I'm still driving, so I guess that's a testament to him. His staff is very attentive.

I had 24 points on my history. They keep me driving. So long as there are not 3 speeds. They saved me. I drive for work, I had fines and points but NO SUSPENSION. They are worth every penny.

Great commercials on radio. We were not happy at all with his service. First meeting he was very insistent that a DWAI was a violation would likely be handled at the first court date and no further appearances would be needed. Each date that followed (5) his tenaciousness went out the door. He was less and less confident about how the case would go. He failed to show up once at court with no explaination. However he never failed to bill. He was prompt about that. He also does not return calls. The day of the trial he arrived on time but did not appear confident or supportive. He made comments about city courts being different than Westchester Courts multiple times. During the trial he was NOT articulate, failed to ask basic questions about officers testimony. Additionally he made comments without supporting them. He sounded unintelligent. We were embarassed allowing him to represent us at a trial. He was not taken seriously by the judge or Assistan DA. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM!

On what should've been an easy traffic case, and after sending him money, his associates showed up 1 hour late and after the judge called our case. We resolved the case ourselves for $50. He refused to refund our money, and hung up on us, stating that we did not call his office (which we did) a few times to confirm. Advice: Don't use him.

I had the opportunity to waste my hard earn money with this firm, two (2) easy traffic cases lost, had to appeal them and pay more for it, just because their lack of care for the client. As per knowlegde,can't say much, it was a ratter a routing case in which I provided them with evidence and about 20 sets of pictures that as I understand were not bother to use. On the communication, "none" they never returned my calls. On value, waste of time and money.
