My fiance and I with our lawyer have been dealing with Diane over the estate of my fiancés mother for over 4 years now and still nothing is settled. She never answers or returns phone calls or emails. She still has not responded to an email from December of 2020. We have now just found out that all paperwork was completed last year. She told the other party we refused the payout owed to my fiance for his portion of his mothers estate 4 months ago. Who is going to refuse 6 figures that we have been waiting for years!!! Yet wants to charge 5 figures!! For what?????? She is shady and untrustworthy.

After dealing with Ms. Capozzoli for two years and getting no where, I went with a another lawyer and was done in two weeks.She ahd me in fair of losing my chidlren when I am a teacher, gret mother and very responable human being.I believe that she and my xhusband lawyer were in it together to see how much money they could get out of both of us.
