Nancie Ann is a best lawyer experience and I have had many. She will not only do the work well fast and professionally she also will not overcharge you. In addition there is zero arrogance. She is a bright competent and kind professional. Look no further.

I dealt with Nancy for the purchase of my house. Although she was kind, and knowledgeable, it took a long time before she responded to calls and she provided little guidance when I ran into problems with my house a few months later. I am very disappointed.

I was referred to Nancie by my real estate agent on the purchase of my first home. She communicates by email and her emails are a bit haphhazard with requests for information interspersed with providing info which makes it confusing. Her emails are also sparse in words and seems like if you aren't a big client then you are not worth professional courtesy. On closing day it seemed that we were a brief nuisance to her time and we were not given enough details about the process and mostly just asked to sign things. If we didn't ask, she wouldn't volunteer info which is a problem when you don't know what to ask in the first place. She does offer lower rates and she apparently does know her stuff but looks like she's given up on client service, in the area of real estate transactions at the very least.

Absolutely terrible communication, no professionalism, not punctual whatsoever. Nancy was incredibly impersonal, did not answer questions promptly or correctly, did not know how to write a proper professional email, did not know how to formerly meet someone and did not show any respect. I would never recommend her to anyone, it made the home buying process very disheartening and frustrating.

My wife and I recently used Nancie Heaphy to purchase our first home. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She went over the process with us by e-mail and in person when we met with her. We shopped around for fees and hers are very competitive. I would highly recommend Nancie.

We used her services fror purchasing a new unit for my in-laws. We dealt with her for a period of about 9 months from the start to finish. While I think her knowledge of the process was good, the biggest issue and concern with her was communication. It would take her days to respond to an email or telephone inquiry even when they were urgent, she would not explain the closing process properly at all. Overall, I do not recommend this lawyer especially that her fees were on par with other quality lawyers and barristers in Ottawa.

Excellent Lawyer with many years of experience. Very approachable and great with explanations. Ensures you understand the process and that you are satisfied. She is also very affordable. My clients and I used her for many Real Estate Transactions over the years.
