i used zipperor for a chapter 13 bankrupcy. he lied to us about about mortgage foregiveness on account. then he lied again and said that he never said what he said on 2 occasions. zipperor never appears in court in orlando himself. he hires an elderly attorney with no knowledge of case to appear in orlando br court. stay away from this attorney. he's bad news

Worst Attorney ever, I would sue him, but he himself has filed bankruptcy so many times he hasn't a pot to piss in! I would contact the BAR, but pretty sure they are wondering why he is even still in Law. He charged us extra money in my 13 and forced us into a 7..I did that through a paralegal after he withdrew from being our attorney because he had no clue what he is doing.

This guy told us what we wanted to hear and told me that the bank attempting to foreclose on our home had to accept a modification on our mortgage, which was a lie and that the money we paid to the trust each month 4 1300.00 would not go to the bank and we would get it back if the bank did not agree to the modification. If anyone has been ripped off by this guy please call me as we are suing him for legal malpractice once our bar complaint is completed Call James @ 386) 383-8600 Thanks and beware of this scam artist as he is only into it for the money not to help you.

Stay away form this guy at all cost. He will tell you exactly what you want to her not what you need to hear. Once he gets you to sign on he will not speak to you again without threatening to call the FL bar. He relies completely on his staff and they wont return your calls either. They do all the work he does not even know what is in your fill. Our case had major problems I actually had to go to another lawyer to find the problem. I went back to Robert to fix the clerical issue he started thumbing through my fill and mumbling. He did not know what the problem was because he did not write the plan nor was he willing to check out what the other lawyer had found.

I had to file a complaint with the Bar Association in regards to this attorney, but they all stick together, nothing was done to him! He never showed up for court to represent me. I had to stand there alone. Very bad business, only in for the money!

I would just have to say ditto on everything above. He told us to file the wrong bankruptcy and we ended up losing our home (we were current on all mortgage payments when we started the process). Do not let this man do to you what he did to us!!!! And rude is an understatement.

could not get him to return calls. Office staff did not complete paperwork properly. Office staff and attorney did not take responsibility and are extremely rude(after they have been paid).. They were real nice before they got their money.

Run away do not walk. I wish I knew this firm has a paper mill and does not care about their clients. He is out for your money and thats it. He will not call you back or set an office visit after his first initial visit. Has a horrible reputation with other attorneys. Wish I knew this before I ever hired him.
