    | | 4/28/10 | 5 | 4 | 5 | 5 | 5 | I'm very surprised by the previous review as this lawyer was by far the best I've ever had. Always had time for me and never backed down from any challenge. Was able to dismiss my ex husband's case and have every single request I made accepted by the judge. Simply the best! | |
    | | 11/13/09 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | This lawyer took over my daughter's case becuase her orignal lawyer form the same firm went on maternity leave. In his office he was a real trooper saying he thought there would be no problem to just about everything in the case. However when Daniel got to court and faced his counterpart things changed in a hurry. Daniel B. was always going to get some thing done but never did. He seeme intimidated and when my daughter was forced into court for emergency session after emergency session, he said nothing( even when at a couple of these sessions the side that called them refused to go befor the judge). He also tried to get my daughter to agree to geve he husband money and sign a paper agreeing to such drawn up by her husbands attorney's. When she refused he quit her case saying she had breeched his trust. They were due in court in 1o days. She told him that all she wanted was for him to represent her not her husband and that she would not have adequatted time in 10 days to find ano | | | |
