Very bad lawyer hes not listening to you at all. The only thing you hear him say is how much money you can bring me Its just about money i can understand that but hes not working your case at all for the price he charge not worthy at all stay away from this lawyer i gave him 2000$ and got nothing really bad service

Mr. Kessner fights for what he believes in! He knows the laws and is well liked within his profession. He is very prompt with returning phone calls and is a quick thinker. He is respectful to all and is accommodating to clients struggling with financial situations.

Even if this website is not very reliable since there's no verification on how and who writes comments, I wanted to share my experience somewhere. Mr Kessner as won my case and saved me a lot of money. He knew exactly what to do after our first meeting and even if I has uncertain, he did an amazing job. Thanks!

This Norman kessner is a crook and takes people's money for no work apparently mr kessner thinks that money grows on trees and hel trim the tree for you without a problem just don't get your case in his way , he only calls about money has no concern about you're case.if you have nothing to do with you're money call Norman collection department , thanks for readin beware of this old garbage

In my case for impaired driving, he didnt even come to court he sent his assistant. Assistant had no idea what she was doing. At the end i lost my case and lost my license and driving priviledge for a year. NEVER CHOOSE him for any case!! horrible work ethics and takes alot of money for no reason.

In my opinion he wasted at least 6 weeks on my case, doing nothing. I had a bad feeling, and should have gone with my gut! But I have time to change lawyer...he's fired! In this case, HE has become too complicated..lol

Mr. Kessner has just been the worst lawyer i have ever had. he took $3000 from me upfront and ensured that he would take care of my case till the end and within a couple of months he quit stating that he did not know the complexity of the case. also, in the court room, he was so unprepared and did not even know what we were there for. he did not know if he was fighting for custody of boy or a girl... it was extremely unfortunate that i chose him as a lawyer and lost money with him. if you are looking for a decent lawyer to help you in times of crisis, please DO NOT CHOOSE HIM. he will ruin your case big time and you will end losing money all the more added to the stress. BEWARE OF NORMAN KESSNER

Mr Kessner is indeed a busy man, however he helped me a lot and my custody issues were solved and I got what I wanted!!

Norman always seemed unprepared. Norman took a $1000.00 upfront fee from me cash, promised to see the case through to the end. Normand then quit my daughters case. Reason given was (He was very busy and did not realise how comp;icated the case was. Everytime he or his partner met my daughter in the court they would ask her what exactly are we here for? When Norman also allowed my daughter's spouses attorney into the consoltation room with my daughter where she screamed and yelled at my daughter to sign a paper that allowed her so to play baketball on her visitation days. In short Norman in my oppnion likes cases where he can make a deal with the other side and everyone just lives with the terms. Wether or not this is what you want makes no difference. If you disagree with his advice he quits, keeps your money and moves on.
